OAEP Spring Conference 2020

 May 4 and 5, 2020

Registration openopens in January 

Please make sure that you complete all 4 screens when doing your registration.  If you do not, your registration will not be complete.  If you register correctly, you will receive 2 emails.  The first will be a confirmation of your registration and the second will contain a link for the invoice.  Members, if you sign in, the system will pre-populate a lot of your information for you.

There are two new fields on the registration this year.  If you are currently certified through OAEP (CEP, MCEP, Data Manager), please indicate which level you are at and the date that your certification will expire.  If you do not have a certification, there is an option of not applicable and use n/a for the date field.

We will also be offering a session on Sunday, May 3rd from 4-6 p.m. for new EMIS Coordinators (0-3 years experience).

*Professional Membership: $ 210     

*Associate Membership: $ 235

 Non-member Rate:  $285

Late Registration:  Add $50 to registration fee after March 15


*18-19 Membership must have been paid by September 30, 2018 to qualify for member rate.

Separate registration is needed for EACH person attending the conference. 

 Conference Registration and Payment Deadline:  April 17, 2019

Payment must be received by April 17 to guarantee conference attendance.

We do not accept credit cards.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing, preferably by email to . If mailed, the date received by OAEP will be used as the date for the calculation of refund.

Cancellations received by OAEP at least 5 workdays before the date of the event will receive a full refund or no charge to the district. No credit will be issued for future events. Cancellations received less than 5 workdays before the event date will be charged 50% of the registration fee but no less than $50. Cancellations received on or after the event date will not be refunded.

If you do not cancel and do not attend, you will be charged 100% of the registration fee. Registrants unable to attend may substitute an attendee from the same organization. If the substitute is a non-member replacing a member, the difference in registration fee will be charged to the organization.
